The Qatar 2022 World Cup Bid Committee unveiled the designs for six stadiums that will be used in the tournament if Qatar is successful in its bid The stadiums will be spread across the country with two located in the capital city of Doha two in the city of Al-Rayyan and one each in Lusail Umm Slal and Madinat ash Shamal

Al Rayyan Stadium: This stadium will have a capacity of 44,740 and will be used for football matches It is located in the city of Al Rayyan about twenty minutes from Doha Lusail Iconic Stadium: This stadium is still under construction and is scheduled to be completed in 2020. It will have a capacity of 86,250 and will be used for the opening and final matches of the 2022 World Cup It is located in the city of Lusail about twenty minutes from Doha
